Although the Racing Rules 2005-2008 have been published and are available for download by clicking here, the 2001-2004 rules remain in force until Dec-31.

Racing signals are very important since they are the only way the race committee can (and shall) communicate with sailors on the water.

And remember, when starting a race, times shall be taken from the visual signals; the absence of a sound signal shall be disregarded.
